Efficient and very human service in 10
The service is good and the staff is friendly. It's not as crowded as other locations, but the security guards have to know everything: what appointment you have, what time it is, and with whom, and that's incredibly intrusive. Plus, walking around the space is a nightmare; you feel like you have to ask permission to move. My appointment was at 6:30 am and they wouldn't let me go upstairs, then I had another appointment at 7 am and they wouldn't let me in either. At the other location, you see what time you arrive and you can move freely around the whole space. Here, everything is very restricted and it becomes very annoying.
A place with a very pleasant atmosphere
The service is excellent. They have the best patient care I've ever experienced in any healthcare institution. They are attentive and always ready to help. 100% recommended in every way. The Tequedama branch has the same values and provides the same level of service as the main branch.
