Although it's a very complete place, the service is extremely slow after you leave your appointment. It takes more than an hour to get your appointment documents or to schedule your next appointment. It would be excellent if they improved this and expedited the process. They also need to change their internet service; it's incredibly slow and constantly drops out, like those health insurance companies that don't want to provide care. I've never experienced this at a healthcare provider. I'm in favor of improvement. Yes, the place is good, but slow in certain aspects.

Excellent service. Since my health insurance provider transferred me to this new healthcare provider, the service has improved tremendously. I live in the Manuela Beltrán area, and now it's much closer, which makes my appointments much easier.
What a disgrace and what a lack of humanity! An 87-year-old woman who can't walk properly, suffering from a bad hip, is being refused treatment because the office is on the second floor and the arrogant doctors can't come down to see her... neither the nutritionist nor the psychologist... they prefer not to see my mother... What a lack of ethics... What arrogance!
