A very exhausting experience. They made us prepare a small baby from the early hours of the morning for an exam that ended up starting late and was finally postponed for a month due to the accumulated exhaustion my baby arrived with. He woke up just as the exam was starting, and when I asked for 10 more minutes to get him to sleep, they refused. There was very little empathy for the effort involved in keeping a baby awake for so many hours. All the sleepless nights and preparation for the exam were in vain. Furthermore, despite caring for babies, they don't have a suitable space for diaper changes. We had to manage as best we could and change him in the waiting room.

Congratulations to Dr. Gina Flórez for her compassionate approach to patient care, empathizing with the patient's pain and diagnosis, and treating me effectively by explaining the procedure and its human implications. God bless you, Doctor, and I hope you continue your excellent work. The physiatry unit should have more staff like her, full of compassion.

I went in with severe back pain and today I feel so much better. Consistency, punctuality, and discipline are key to a successful process. I felt very well taken care of.
