The clinic cannot edit or remove reviews here.Wrote an email to these guys (via the email they advertise on their website) explaining exactly what I needed, they asked for my phone number so they could text me (uh.. if the customer is writing to you by email he wants to talk to you by email). Anyway, I gave them my number and they texted me by whatsapp... I clearly explained I was just looking for touch ups and needed 1 session, but they still sent me the pricing for 10 sessions and didn't bother to explain the single session pricing. They also sent me a ton of voice messages when it's obvious I am not a native Spanish speaker. Anyway I had to explain what I was looking for again and they finally confirmed the price. The pricing for one session was way overpriced in comparison to other places I've had the same treatment with the same equipment. It's one of those salons that wants to push you into package pricing. Poor pricing and poor customer service. Avoid.
Dr. Mendoza Plata is a great dermatologist and better human being. Highly recommended.

The service in Etié is absolutely amazing!! I had laser hair removal, mostly with Paula, she is amazing!!! All people and services are wonderful!
