First of all the place was a little difficult to find because they just moved locations I think? Well that's ok that happens! I did a treatment deep facial cleaning + dermapen. I think the treatment itself was really good but as it was my first time I think they definitely could've given me more information. My skin was really inflamed after the treatment which happens but I didn't expect that. I had to hear from friends and other people what the aftercare is. For example take really care in the sun, sunscreen, no sweating, careful with makeup, no sauna, only cold water on the face, be careful with hot showers. The clinic didn't tell me these things even though I told them many times it was my first time doing that. I started sweating the same evening and it hurted a lot. It could've just been prevented by giving more information. Also the dermapen was hurting a lot, I know in some clinics they put numbing cream but they didn't in my case, so just do it if you are very pain resistant. Still waiting for the result but I think it should be good.. I just saw in my email I received a consent form but, with care and aftercare instructions, however they never pointed it out and i never signed anything
I want to highlight and congratulate Manuela Muriel for the excellent service she provided during my deep dermape facial. From the moment she started the procedure, she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She was very kind, professional, patient, and extremely careful at every step. She has a very gentle touch and excellent technique, which made the experience much more enjoyable. I felt very well taken care of from beginning to end, and you can really see the love, dedication, and commitment she has to her work. I left very satisfied with the service I received, and I would definitely love for Manuela Muriel to see me again at my next appointment because she made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire procedure.
