Magnifico hospital
I had an excellent C-section, with very good and empathetic doctors who made my experience more humane and peaceful. However, during the "humanized birth" program, they only granted one of the rights I requested in writing.
I had a good experience with my delivery care; however, as is often the case, there were some very rude and negligent nurses. They lacked the proper attitude, and one of the worst things was at discharge. My discharge was scheduled for 12:00 PM, but I ended up leaving at 5:40 PM with the excuse that they couldn't find the head nurse to give me a final document. When she finally deigned to appear, she just said she was around somewhere, after so many calls. Very unprofessional. But otherwise, everything was great.
