My experience at this gynecological appointment was quite uncomfortable and disappointing. I decided to go to a private practice precisely because I expected humane, respectful, and professional care, especially since it was my first time at a gynecologist's office and I chose a female doctor to feel more at ease. From the very beginning of the appointment, the doctor only started taking down personal information without even asking me the reason for my visit or what my concerns were. Every time I tried to speak or explain something, she abruptly interrupted me and continued talking, not letting me express myself. This made me feel ignored and uncomfortable from the start. Then, when it was time to change for the exam, I felt very pressured. The doctor told me to hurry because she had other patients waiting, which I found completely inappropriate for such an intimate and delicate appointment as a gynecological one. Instead of conveying calm and confidence, she made me feel rushed and under pressure. Because of that attitude, I completely lost confidence and decided not to have the Pap smear, since it's an intimate and sensitive procedure, and I didn't feel safe or comfortable being treated that way. I believe that in these types of consultations, human touch, empathy, and patience are essential, and unfortunately, in my experience, that was lacking.

I accompanied my wife, and Dr. Jenny's care was excellent. She took her time, explained all her questions and the tests she had done very well—a true professional. 👍🏼

The service is terrible, unprofessional, and shows no empathy. They tell you to hurry up because they have other patients and treat you like a cow. I don't recommend them; don't waste your time.
