She was my doctor a few years ago. I've been trying to get advice for several days now, but unfortunately, the receptionist is anything but courteous. I wrote three times to request information about a procedure. On WhatsApp, she only replied, "I'll confirm." I called to get the information, and she answered with a clear annoyance. First, she said that they do the Pap smear depending on the insurance. When I asked how much it costs, she didn't know. I told her the office hours are 8 am to 2 pm... if I hadn't asked about the days, I would have traveled to Barranquilla to get an appointment on a Saturday. And so it goes. The first line of defense is the receptionist. If she wants to, she can simply refuse service, and nobody notices. I told her I'm a patient of the doctor, but with your service, I'd prefer to find another doctor. Her response: "Okay." It's a shame, Doctor. It's been many years since I saw you; I even brought a friend because your professionalism is excellent. That was before the pandemic. Unfortunately, your receptionist didn't give me adequate or complete information.

Dr. Elena is excellent; her care is warm and her diagnoses are accurate. The office is beautiful and welcoming. Highly recommended.

She is very warm, kind, and attentive; during appointments, you feel like you're talking to someone you trust, not a stranger. She is very receptive, and it's clear she knows her stuff and is an expert in the field. I would venture to say there is no other professional like her in the Caribbean.

Dr. Elena attended to me throughout my pregnancy and delivery. She was very professional and empathetic, answered all my questions as a first-time mom, and was incredibly attentive throughout my entire process! 100% Recommended

Dr. Elena is very gentle in her procedures, her vaginal aesthetics are the best. I'm a patient and I'm grateful for the results I've obtained with the laser procedures she offers. Highly recommended.
