Dr. Ruber Almanza | Rinoplastia

After researching many surgeons, Dr. Ruber Almanza was one of the few who truly gave me the confidence to move forward with rhinoplasty. From the beginning, he was honest and never tried to sugarcoat anything. He even told me that my nose was already beautiful and that I didn’t need surgery — something that showed me he genuinely had my best interest at heart. I never felt like I was wasting his time, even when I had a lot of questions. He was patient, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I was drawn to his natural results and his years of experience, which ultimately helped me decide he was the right surgeon for me. I also appreciated knowing that he is double board certified in both the United States and Colombia — that gave me even greater peace of mind. The whole experience went very smoothly. I am currently 6 months post-op and still healing, but I am very grateful that I chose him. His attention and follow-up after the surgery have also been great. I had a rhinoplasty 10 months ago with Dr Almanza, and the process has been better than ever, it was my first plastic surgery and i was nervous, but him and his team were super kind, patient and he guided me every step of the way. My recovery was super fast, i had very little bruising and swelling, and the results were natural, people that don't know me, don't even know i had a surgery unless i tell them myself. My self esteem has improved and i totally love the results. I 100% recommend going with Dr Almanza, he is an astounding surgeon!

If I could, I would give a 1000 star rating and here's why. I flew from the US to Colombia about two weeks ago to have a breast lift with implants procedure performed by Dr. Almanza, and my overall experience with him and his team was phenomenal. I was a bit leery at first because I had never been to Colombia and had never had any type of surgery before, but the more I read about and talked to Dr. Almanza, the more confident and comfortable I felt. Since the beginning, everyone was very polite, respectful, professional, kind, caring, helpful, and friendly. Dr. Almanza always addressed all of my questions and concerns in an informative and timely manner, an experience I didn’t have with others surgeons I had reached out to in the Dominican Republic and in the US. The day of my surgery, I felt a bit nervous, but the operating team managed to comfort me and to make me feel at ease. Although I was alone in a foreign country, the love, hospitality, and empathy I received in Colombia made me feel safe and at home. Furthermore, among Dr. Almanza’s top priorities are his patients’ safety and well-being, which is a rare trait nowadays in the plastic surgery arena. Because I didn’t have anywhere to stay in Colombia, I chose the all-inclusive package, which offered a variety of high quality services and was quite affordable. As for my procedure, the pain has been very moderate, and although I am still a little swollen and going through the recovery phase, the results are amazing and my self-esteem has already increased significantly. I cannot wait for the recovery process to end so that I can start wearing those dresses I haven’t dared to wear up to this point and to share my final results with everyone (nipples covered of course. Lol). I highly recommend Dr. Almanza for any surgical procedure; he and his team are definitely the very BEST and anyone considering undergoing plastic surgery couldn’t be in better hands.
