They are always punctual for appointments. The place is very nicely presented. They are friendly and helpful to patients.
Excellent service; Dr. Andreina is very professional. She explains each procedure and creates a pleasant atmosphere for the patient.
Yesterday my dad and mom went for eye ultrasounds and a "private" biometry test. They are elderly; my dad can barely see, so he went with my mom. They wouldn't let her in with him for the exam, and they weren't given any information about the doctor who performed the test. My mom asked the woman who did the exam, but she wouldn't give her any information. She was very rude, especially since it was a private clinic. They didn't even receive a receipt for the exam, and we are very dissatisfied.
The line is always busy when trying to book an appointment, and in the end you end up losing the appointment because the authorization expired. How sad.
