There's always an excuse: the rain, the time, the day, the sun, the morning, the afternoon, global warming, etc... There's always something to justify their lack of organization. The doctor may be good, but the service management is an absolute mess!

Excellent human being, always willing to keep improving. On the other hand, I see that the facilities have changed; they look bigger, more spacious, but something very important is missing: quantity doesn't equal quality in terms of human connection and customer service.
