A very negative experience. Despite having an appointment, there was a wait of over an hour. The service was rushed and unprofessional: the examination was performed roughly, without privacy, causing the patient intense pain and continued discomfort afterward. Furthermore, the doctor was taking personal calls during the consultation. I felt there was a lack of empathy, respect, and professionalism. I would not recommend it.
