In July 2025, Dr. Emilio operated on my son for hypospadias. This procedure caused us concern since my son had never undergone any surgery before, but we knew it was necessary to improve his quality of life. Thank God we found an excellent professional and human being who provided us with all the information and support before and after the surgery. Everything went very well with the procedure thanks to the doctor's efficiency and, of course, the postoperative care he received at home.

Dr. Marin operated on my youngest son, and the surgery was a success. We are so grateful for his excellent work that my eldest son is now undergoing treatment with him, and in just a few weeks we have seen great progress. Last year, Dr. Emilio operated on my 5-year-old nephew. We came to him through a friend's recommendation, whose son had also had surgery for the same condition when he was a child. My 6-year-old son underwent a circumcision procedure performed by Dr. Emilio Marín on September 6, 2025. We followed all postoperative instructions; however, four sutures did not dissolve as prescribed and, four months later, are still in place. At the follow-up appointment, which lasted approximately seven minutes, the sutures were not removed, and the same treatment was prescribed again, despite its proven ineffectiveness. On January 5, 2026, the doctor stated that it was "strange" that the sutures had not dissolved and indicated that removing them would be painful, leaving the decision up to us. This statement was made in front of the child, increasing his anxiety and fear, which made it difficult for him to allow any kind of procedure. I believe there was a lack of empathy and proper management of the pediatric patient, failing to provide the emotional support and reassurance that his specialty requires.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the doctor for the surgery performed on my son. From the very first moment, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism, confidence, and mastery of his specialty, which gave us great peace of mind as parents. I especially want to highlight his empathy and compassion. He took the time to clearly explain every detail of the procedure, patiently answered all our questions, and made us feel supported throughout the entire process. We also greatly appreciated the post-surgery follow-up, both the in-person appointments and his willingness to assist us by phone when necessary, as we were in another city.
