However, his human touch and empathy were completely absent. When a patient goes to a specialist complaining of acute pain, they seek help, a listening ear, and guidance, not coldness and indifference. The pain may not fall directly within the doctor's area of ​​expertise at that moment, but the obligation to treat the patient with compassion certainly does.
