I came here to get a teeth whitening and left amazed with the results. Dr. Rafael is a great guy & knows what he is doing. I would recommend him 1000% if you’re here in Bogota! It does hurt a bit right after but nothing crazy. Results are great for 1.000.000 COP which ends up being like $270 USD for two whitening treatments which left me 4x better than what I came in with!

We had a great experience. My husband got six veneers done in less than a week and they look spectacular. Getting X-Rays was easy and convenient. The office is located in a nice And safe part of town. Transportation was not a problem. The cost is very reasonable. We will go back to get other things done. I had a truly fantastic experience at Dientes y Sonrisa! I went in to get upper dentures, and the entire process was seamless. The dentist is incredibly friendly, professional, and very accommodating. As an English speaker, it was a massive plus that he speaks English fluently, making communication absolutely effortless. Finding high-quality dental care with an affordable price can be tough, but the cost here was exceptionally fair—only 1,000,000 COP for excellent work. If you are looking for top-tier dental services in Bogota, I cannot recommend them highly enough! 5 stars all around.

Everything was explained very clearly from the beginning — the prices, the process, and all the details — which made me feel very safe and confident throughout the whole appointment. Doctor Rafael was an incredibly kind and genuine person. It was lovely talking with him, and he took the time not only to help me with the treatment I came for, but also to explain other things I might want to check in the future. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Especially when you are far away from home and traveling, finding a place where you feel comfortable and cared for means a lot. This clinic gave me exactly that feeling. I truly recommend it.

I went to Rafael who recommended invisalign for a very minor problem. I now have a terrible misalignment of my entire jaw as a result. Do not trust Rafael nor invisalign, recommend reading consumeraffairs reviews before using invisalign and make sure your doctor understands the treatment method, because invisalign is only as good as the doctor using it. Rafael also grinded/filed down my canine teeth "for cosmetic reasons" without asking me. Absolute nightmare. After the misalignment Rafael refused to acknowledge any problem and just kept repeating I can get more invisalign. He refused to discuss the cleancheck with me or invisalign for possible alterations--it was accept as is or go elsewhere. I went to another specialist who diagnosed the misalignment and wouldn't even discuss treatment without bone scans and other professional input, that's how bad it is. Stay far away from these people, you will regret it.
