The staff is excellent. Dr. Daniela was in charge of my treatment; she's an incredible professional, very attentive and kind. She explained each step of the procedure to me so I felt calm and comfortable, and she made sure I was okay throughout the entire process. My treatment has yielded excellent results. They rescheduled my appointment 3 times, finally the day of the appointment arrived, you get to the office and before greeting you the first thing they do is charge you, then they make you sit down, and 20 minutes later they tell you that the doctor is busy and cannot see you, they make you waste time, pay for parking, and they don't care, because they don't even call to let you know, I imagine that maybe they wanted me to wait 2 or 3 hours sitting down as if I had nothing else to do.
