DentiSalud Restrepo - Clínica Odontológica

I went for the first time today, and the service was good. I had an appointment at noon, and the reception staff was very friendly, as was the doctor who saw me. They resolved my issue quickly. The only downside is that appointments are a bit delayed due to the call center, but the in-person service was excellent.

They schedule appointments for 8 am and it's been 45 minutes and nothing, but I arrived late and they make me lose my appointment.

Complete lack of transparency. They scheduled an evaluation appointment for me without informing me that they would charge me 31,000 pesos for an X-ray. I wasted three hours of my time and in the end they didn't even see me. A very bad experience.

It's the worst. There are never any appointments available, and if they do give you one, it's for a whole month away. Besides, they only fix one tooth at a time, as if you have time to be going there all year round. The service is terrible and disappointing. They even order x-rays that the system then loses, and they never know why the x-rays don't show up. They pretend it's not their fault. Horrible.

Absolutely terrible. The reception staff treat you very badly; they're completely unaware that you're there with children. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and they didn't see me until 40 minutes later. I asked several times why, since the appointment was for my one-year-old baby, who was already restless. The admissions girl was very rude. When they finally told us to be careful, things only got worse. The dentist was rude and lacked empathy. She grabbed my daughter forcefully without asking permission to open her mouth or anything. The child obviously cried, but the dentist didn't show any compassion whatsoever. It was truly awful. I don't know what's going on, but the service at Sanitas is getting worse every time. They don't hire people who treat human beings. It's horrible.
