The dentists and receptionists are very rude.

Terrible service. I had an appointment at 2:20, they asked me to arrive 20 minutes early, and they made me wait over an hour to be seen. Dr. Jineth M. saw me, and she wasn't wearing the cap they're supposed to wear for hygiene. She barely took any time to examine me; in about two minutes, she put a compression garment on me and then started checking her phone. I asked her some questions, and she was still on her phone. I think the least one expects is that if they make you wait that long, they should at least receive decent treatment from the staff. It's not a quality service, and the staff isn't very professional either. Right after me, my father had a medical appointment, and it took another 15 minutes to see him, only to make him wait another two minutes. The wait time is absurd for what they actually say or do at this medical center.

It's awful, they do everything for profit. They gave me a superficial dental check-up and immediately concluded that I should be referred to periodontics and that I should pay for the appointment right away. The correct thing to do would be for the dentist to look at a panoramic x-ray before determining if I need to go to periodontics. They also say that a resin filling usually ends up in a root canal. What kind of place says that? And if they say it, it's because their work is so poor quality that it often happens.

They were very understanding about the procedure, I have no complaints, the professional was excellent 10/10
