I'm leaving this rating for two reasons. The service was good and very friendly, but after registering me and scheduling an appointment, the problem was a WhatsApp message that didn't respond and left me on hold for a day. Also, the phone number left much to be desired; a voice from someone who didn't speak Spanish well gave me a number to hold, and when I was supposed to get through, they asked me to be patient. The wait was so long that they preferred to hang up without giving me my appointment.
