It's funny how most of positive reviews are from their staff! Firstly, I arrived at Dr. Esteban's office and he was 22 minutes late. I finally get called into his office, and he has his feet up on his desk and is messaging on his phone. No apology, no acknowledgment of being late. Secondly, the staff are very rude and unprofessional. On two occasions I had horrible experiences with two of the women, and I will never be back. Lastly, the costs are American costs when it's a Colombia company. It's crazy.
This place charges insanely high costs. Horrible service the few times I went. They're in the customer service business but it appears non existent. Never will I be back. The costs are ridiculious

The place looks good, but unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to meet with the consultant for the laser treatment. My appointment was scheduled for 1 PM, but I had to wait for 25 minutes without being attended to. This felt quite disrespectful of my time, and I ultimately had to leave to avoid being late for another commitment. A better respect for appointment schedules would improve the overall experience
