I don't have enough words to thank Clínica Santillana. Yesterday I had my fifth surgery here, and without a doubt, I would never choose any other clinic in Manizales for any procedure. Beyond the excellent professional level of the entire medical team, what truly makes this clinic special is its human touch. From the moment you arrive, everyone greets you with a smile, kindness, respect, and impeccable service. All the staff, without exception, are attentive, polite, and always willing to help, making you feel calm and supported every step of the way. The facilities are beautiful, impeccably clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. They also retain that classic and welcoming touch that gives them a unique personality: far from feeling outdated, they convey a sense of home, warmth, and tranquility that few institutions manage to offer. As the name suggests, you truly feel at home. I also want to highlight all the benefits, services, and details they offer to make the experience much more comfortable and enjoyable for patients and their families. Their commitment to providing comprehensive and excellent care is evident. My sincerest thanks to the entire medical team, the nursing staff, those who work in inpatient care, reception, general services, and every person at Clínica Santillana. Thank you for your professionalism, dedication, empathy, and for making every experience so positive. I wholeheartedly recommend Clínica Santillana. Excellent staff, but neglected infrastructure. I was recently hospitalized through the Sanitas prepaid medical plan, in one of their VIP rooms. The best part: The human touch. The staff is exceptional, extremely diligent, kind, and attentive. The medical service was very efficient; the tests were performed promptly and with remarkable speed. As for the clinical care, I have no complaints whatsoever. Areas for improvement: The infrastructure urgently needs updating, as it feels outdated. The furniture is in poor condition, and the bathroom is uncomfortable due to the excessive height of the toilet. Hygiene: This is the most critical point. Although there are no internal pests, the cleaning is superficial; I found dead insects on the blinds, and the exterior windows are noticeably dirty. Furthermore, the presence of pigeon nests in the surrounding area represents a health risk that should be addressed with regular external fumigation.

I had a very good experience. I had my breast augmentation and abdominoplasty here with Dr. Nelson Ramirez. The team was a complete success. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Hugo Alejandro Suarez, was very attentive to every detail. Communication with everyone was excellent. The place was tidy and clean. The room was very spacious and had a sofa bed so that a family member staying with me could sleep comfortably. The only "downside" was that there was no air conditioning in the room; you only have to open or close the windows. But I had a small portable fan, which I used and it worked perfectly. The nurses on duty were excellent, and the food was delicious. Thank you so much for making me feel safe and well cared for. Many blessings.

Communication with you is difficult; I had to wait more than an hour to request information and I couldn't speak to anyone.

We've always received excellent care, both in the emergency room and for scheduled appointments. The doctors and all the emergency staff on duty during the early morning hours work with compassion and provide outstanding service. The young man who assists patients on stretchers and in wheelchairs at night is incredibly kind.
