I went to this doctor several months ago and I still feel upset from this experience. I am in my 30s and have taken good care of my skin all my life, using products formulated for me personally by dermatologists in Australia. The purpose of my visit was for a very small cosmetic reason. This doctor proceded to take photos of my face and critique every aspect about my face. According to her, almost everything was ugly. She asked me repeatedly if I had had a nose job, which I answered honestly in the first instance that no, I have not. She showed me photos of woman at least 20 years older than me and told all the things she could do making a comparison to my face. I do not look older than my years. She also told I had temporal wasting around this eyes, however coming from a European background I have angular cheek bones by nature and not the rounder face that is common here. I am foreigner here and I try very hard to integrate with this culture and language, I am able to speak Spanish, not perfectly, but I feel this doctor took advantage of the situation to criticise me excessively in an attempt to get me to buy various treatments far beyond what was necessary. During the visit I was not able to reason with her due to feeling nervous and shocked. I don’t like to write bad reviews, this is my first and in general I have found the Colombian people to be very professional and very nice. But this doctor isn’t. Stay away.

In my case, it wasn't the best experience; it was neither comfortable nor reliable. I went for my initial consultation, and there was absolutely no privacy. While the doctor was examining me, and I was in my underwear, several people entered the office multiple times and interrupted the consultation without ever offering a word of apology or any willingness to provide a safe, private, and comfortable space. If the consultation was like this, I can't imagine what a procedure would be like. The consultation fee is high, and they don't even provide enough information about previous procedures to give you a before-and-after comparison, which would at least offer some guidance or peace of mind.

A place with impeccable service. I want to highlight the team's warmth and professionalism; they are always attentive and highly trained. The procedures are performed with dedication and excellent results. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place for those seeking well-being and confidence.
