I had to travel there for my mother's medical treatment, and the service I received was excellent. My mother underwent surgery, and the care was very good. Dr. Fernando is an excellent person. Terrible service. They prescribed glasses that only work for near vision; everything else is blurry. I'm constantly dizzy and have frequent headaches. For the high price they charged, they should offer better service and not deceive customers. There are better places to buy glasses. I will never go back to that optician.
The doctors are good, but the customer service is terrible, a total mess. Even paying doesn't get you treated well. They charge $150,000 per appointment, but they don't assign a time; it's supposedly first-come, first-served. My mother went with my 80-year-old grandmother. She arrived at 8:00, they gave her an appointment for 12:30, it got to be 2:00 PM and she still hadn't been seen. When she went to ask, the disrespectful response was that she had to wait because everyone else was paying. Terrible service.

Terrible! The staff is rude and has no empathy for people. If you want to waste your whole day, come to this clinic! I arrived at 9 am and left at 4:30 pm. They were disorganized, even with each other, just laughing and looking at their phones.
