The specialists stand out for their extensive knowledge, patience, and clarity in explaining diagnoses and treatments, answering all questions with kindness. My complaint is that I arrived 10 minutes before my son's scheduled appointment, but the staff on the first floor wouldn't let me in because I was late. I wasn't late at any point, so they let me check in and made me miss my appointment. They are inhumane. Furthermore, I have to wait for hours to see the doctor who could have easily attended to my son, whose care was a priority.
Dr. Ignacio Arteaga doesn't let patients speak, and he doesn't even examine them properly. I left with a very simple diagnosis, which is what I hadn't gone there for.
The service is excellent; each employee explains very well what the patient requires. Highly recommended.
