The clinic appears to be well-maintained in terms of infrastructure and layout. However, their CRM and marketing practices leave much to be desired. The careless and informal approach to customer service is frustrating and slows things down, especially for those of us accompanying elderly patients. There is a lack of information regarding procedures and customer service routes, resulting in long lines and wasted time due to incorrect instructions and guidance. This causes discomfort and distress to both regular patients and seniors. This aspect needs improvement.

Good facilities, excellent service, has great professionals, I respectfully opine that despite being very useful and thinking about the users, the floating shelf on the 4th floor intended for the recharging of electronic equipment is risky, on 15-03-2023 around 16 hrs a minor of approximately 5 years old hit one of the edges with her face without knowing what damage it could have caused since they are straight and pointed.

It's an organized, clean clinic with a staff attentive to the patient's needs. Each nurse and doctor is dedicated to their specific role. The medical equipment is in excellent condition, the elevators are working, and everything is in its place. It feels like a hotel. The food is typical of a clinic, but that doesn't mean it's bad. I'm very happy that the health insurance provider has a clinic of this caliber to offer its services.

What good are well-maintained facilities and good equipment if the doctors don't show up? We arrived at the emergency room at noon with kidney stones, showing the doctors the results of tests a specialist had ordered five days earlier. We had to leave after begging them to treat our pain, and the specialist never arrived.

Excellent service. They take samples very carefully and are very patient. They treat children very well and have the appropriate materials for their samples. They have cubicles that provide privacy for sample collection. They have biosafety procedures in place.
