As hospitals go, this is downright luxurious. I've never encountered anything but world class medicine here. I also like the cafeteria.

This is an open building no A/C but comfortable. It could get crowded at times and some people do not social distance. People cut in line a lot but be patient. It has good service. The cafeteria at times gets full to the point it has no tables available. Don't go during lunch time. It's packed. It has a Banco de Bogotá teller, drug store , blood test, covid test just about all you need in one place. It's clean, including the restrooms. Security point to go in and out. They follow most covid protocals . Taxis outside at all times.

It is a very large clinic with innovative devices

Inefficient communication with the families of patients in surgery, which is quite inhumane and lacks empathy. Facilities that are too small or poorly laid out; gurneys bump into each other as they are moved, and patients don't have enough privacy, even to change. Little attention; they don't even offer food or water to people who have just come out of surgery (they ask their companions to bring food). Poor attention from the nurses, apparently due to staff shortages. Disorganized wards that give a very poor impression.
