The truth is, the doctor is a very kind person, but administratively she leaves much to be desired. They take a long time to respond to messages, and they even falsified my results with another patient with whom I only shared a name. Furthermore, when I requested my results, they told me that they didn't provide images from those ultrasounds and that I had made a mistake. So I insisted again because I had paid for the appointment with that ultrasound option, and finally, after so much back and forth, they sent me my correct results.

I had my annual gynecological checkups with Dr. Lizeth over a year ago and forgot to leave this review. I want to share that I felt very comfortable in the office; the facilities are beautiful and clean, the receptionist was very friendly, and Dr. Lizeth is professional, respectful, and listens attentively to what you want to tell her or ask. At the same time, she explains everything in detail, patiently making you feel very comfortable. I had to have some tests done, and the receptionist and Dr. Lizeth were very attentive, ensuring I received the results on time, explaining them to me, and helping me with any changes to my prescription.
