Excellent care, staff with great compassion and a genuine desire to serve, impeccable facilities, and nutritional and dietary care tailored to each patient's needs. What a wonderful job you do at this institution! I confess I was very apprehensive because of the stigma surrounding mental health institutions, but you break all the molds; you are a true role model! The days I spent at the clinic were a great blessing. May God continue to guide you and fill you with wisdom so that you may continue this important work.

The mental health care at the Eiren Clinic is characterized by its humane, respectful, empathetic, safe, and professional approach, taking into account the individual needs of each patient. It is essential that the facilities where consultations, therapies, and supervision sessions take place offer a calm, comfortable, private, and appropriate environment that fosters trust and emotional stability, especially in the supervision area. An optimal environment can help people feel safer and more at ease when discussing their difficulties and receiving treatment for various mental health disorders. Furthermore, the facilities must guarantee privacy, hygiene, accessibility, good lighting, appropriate spaces, and conditions that promote the well-being of both patients and healthcare staff.

It has been a very positive experience for my family. I want to highlight the quality of the staff, their professionalism, and their empathy in helping and being especially helpful, from the doorman and reception staff to the person in charge of meals and, of course, the interdisciplinary team. A huge thank you to Dr. Camila, Natalia, Natalie, and Laura for all their help. Many thanks also to Juan Diego and his nursing team (Anderson, Kelly, and David). We are leaving with valuable tools to work on as a family. Thank you, Colsanitas, for an excellent clinic.

I was hospitalized at the clinic and I can say that it removed the stigma I had about mental health facilities. The treatment was very humane and they care about the patients. They are committed to your recovery. It's an excellent clinic; if you need help, don't hesitate to ask.

This clinic is wonderful. The human qualities of all its staff are admirable. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and all the professionals are wonderful, empathetic, respectful, kind, and special. The food is delicious, and the programs they offer are truly incredible and very useful. I was a patient in the PADI and Hospitalization programs, and they truly helped me a lot. They saved my life, and I will always be grateful for that. Thank you to all the nurses, nursing assistants, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, psychiatrists, cleaning staff, security personnel, patient care staff, kitchen staff, and nutritionists. Thank you to each and every one of you for your dedication and service. The best clinic!
