It is decent clinic.
My rating is due to my inability to schedule a follow-up appointment with a gynecologist after my surgery. I have tried to schedule one through all available channels (WhatsApp, website, and call center), and I receive the same response every time: no appointments are available. It is very concerning that a recently operated patient cannot access their post-operative check-up in a timely manner. I request that you review this process and improve appointment availability, as medical follow-up after surgery should not depend on a lack of available appointments. I hope my case will be addressed and that measures will be taken to prevent other patients from experiencing the same situation.
