The staff were kind and water facility experience was interesting although that is not why we went, we went for massages and that was an immature process. The masseuse were very junior and inexperienced, the rooms were cold and had no blankets, we were told a hot stone massage and never had a hot stone, the massage itself was only an oil rub, no actual massage. Unfortunately 3 hours and $200 later it was absolutely not worth it! It was advertised as a luxury experience and it absolutely wasn’t. Having said that the attendants and staff were all friendly and sweet so it’s not personal, just not professional at all (especially for the price!)

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such care and professionalism. Angélica, our spa guide, made us feel instantly welcome and guided us through every step with warmth and expertise. My biggest concern was the extremely poor quality of the massage. The person who performed my massage was not adequately trained or experienced to provide a professional deep-relaxation massage. More importantly, the massage was not delivered as described to us when we booked it. We were told the Deep Relaxation Massage would be 80% manual and 20% using our choice of bamboo, volcanic stones, or pindas. We specifically selected “piedras volcánicas” (volcanic stones), expecting the hot-stone treatment we had chosen. We never received it. Instead, cold rollers or something similar were used. This was not the treatment we selected or expected. The conditions made the experience worse. The massage room was cold, the table was uncomfortable and not heated (the tables looked like portable massage tables), and we were covered with only two small, cold towels. There was no relaxing music for much of the massage, and we could clearly hear staff noise outside. This was completely inconsistent with the premium price and the relaxing, professionally delivered experience that had been presented to us. There were also significant organizational problems. I had provided Maria via WhatsApp with all requested information, including passport details for our party of five, before arriving. The front desk said Maria never entered the information, so we had to complete the process again. Then she made us wait in the lobby for like 20min more until i mentioned we had dinner reservations. She said they had other groups in the SPA. Our 3:00 PM reservation started approximately 45 minutes late. The employee guiding the water circuit was very nice, but she was handling multiple groups, resulting in additional waiting and confusion. We arrived at 2:55 PM for a 2.5-hour experience and left around 6:30 PM. The accumulated delays caused our entire group to miss our dinner reservation. Most disappointing was what happened afterward. We complained to the staff immediately after the services. They directed me to their quality department. I emailed them and received no response. I also contacted Maria, who told me Customer Service would contact me. They never did. For the premium prices charged, I expected a professionally performed massage, the volcanic-stone treatment we specifically selected, appropriate spa facilities, and responsive customer service. Unfortunately, we received none of those things. I wish the clinic had acknowledged our experience and made a reasonable effort to make things right. I hope this review helps others considering booking here.

A wonderful spa experience for two for my partner’s birthday. The massage was surprisingly amazing, side by side and just the right amount of pressure. Facials were great but I fell asleep. The water circuit is actually quite amazing but it’s not a free roaming zone. You have to follow the instructions and stop at each station for a set period of time. This will feel unnatural to foreigners but Colombians are orderly and cooperate so the rigid protocol actually functions peacefully and everybody participates with no complaint. The water could be a bit cleaner but it was the weekend and very busy when we went. If you’re on the fence, I’d say yes try it, it’s fun.

This Spa in Medellin is Heaven .This is the friendly staff I ever come across. The place is so clean and relaxing I will encourage even one visiting Columbia to visit here you would requite it .
