I scheduled my first trimester screening for 8am, and I paid it at the facility at 08:02am, I was admitted at 08:25, and at about 9 they told me to go out to “eat something cold and sweet” because they needed to “calm the baby down” for two more views; so I went and came back at about 9:17… and then they kept me at the cold lobby downstairs until 10:05, it’s 10:14am, and I’m still waiting… so I don’t recommend this place because it’s too much time for something that generally takes up to one hour. Besides, this facility has almost no space to wait in, so if you’ve chosen this place, don’t bring all your family - or other pregnant women won’t have a chance to sit. So, eventually they sent me to another doctor, he didn’t take even half the measurements the first doctor had been taking, and I left the facility at 11:11, on top they don’t print out the results. A total disappointment

We went for a 5D ultrasound. The place is small but nice. Our appointment was at 9 am, but they ended up seeing us an hour later. There were several other people with appointments at the same time, which we found disrespectful, since you often go with a specific time slot. The experience with the doctor was cold; communication was very limited, and we felt she only provided information when we asked. Otherwise, she didn't really speak to us. I think that in these kinds of situations, you expect more explanation and support during the procedure. The ultrasound lasted about 10 minutes; we expected a little longer (although, well, we didn't ask beforehand). The little gifts they give out are lovely, the keychains and baby photos

Excellent service; we went for a detailed obstetric ultrasound. The doctor took the time to give us a thorough explanation and was always very positive. We received excellent care from the moment we arrived.

Terrible! I'm never going back. I had an appointment at 10:20, but they didn't see me until 11:20, and that was only because I had to go there myself; otherwise, who knows if they would have seen me at all. If they can't handle so many people, they should only schedule one person at a time. I would never recommend them.

The place is nice and pleasant; however, the person who took my electrocardiogram and vital signs didn't know anything and seemed like a trainee. I'm not sure if the results were reliable because she didn't know the difference between an electrocardiogram and an echocardiogram either.
