The clinic cannot edit or remove reviews here.Unfortunately, I paid for a Holter monitor so my doctor could determine my health status along with other tests, but they went on vacation without sending me the results by email (as promised) from December 19th until today, the 23rd. The response I get on the phone is that they won't resolve the issue until January 2nd when they return. And if I'm not alive on January 2nd, what legal responsibility do they have?

My mother is very ill and needs to schedule an urgent appointment. She has been trying to contact you for two days to schedule it, and no one answers. This reflects poorly on your services. Please answer your phone line, as it is the only way for people who don't live in Cali to contact you.
