Centro Médico Carlos Ardila Lülle

Very disappointed. We had an appointment at the cardiology department and apparently there was no one that could direct us to the right place. We were sent from torre 1 to torre 2 back and forth for almost 45 minutes. I'm sure if there were more torres available we would still be there waiting to be served. The informations desk had no idea, the security guard personnel absolutely clueless. Quite disappointing.

I want to share my excellent experience at the Carlos Ardila Lülle Medical Center. My wife had an accident and received all her therapies there, and from the very first moment, the service was impeccable. The healthcare professionals are highly trained, attentive, and always willing to provide the best care. Each appointment was attended to with punctuality, kindness, and a human touch that inspires confidence. Thanks to their dedication, my wife had a full recovery without any complications. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend the Carlos Ardila Lülle Medical Center for its medical expertise, organization, and the excellent service they consistently provide.

This center is a system of general and specialized medical services. Doctors and specialists provide excellent care. The place is very large, so you have a good chance of getting lost (especially when going from one tower to another). Most of the elevators are under maintenance, making it very difficult to get around.

Dr. Eduardo Villareal Martínez's office, they give appointments for 1:40pm, the receptionist arrives at 2pm, they schedule several people for the same time, there is no order to the registration.

Emergency care takes more than six hours before a doctor can assess the patient. This patient has visited the same facility three times and the same thing happens every time.
