Be very careful with this so-called doctor. My father almost had his foot amputated due to his negligence. Because of him, we lost four months in the clinic, even though we had private health insurance. This guy is so unprofessional that he even canceled my father's appointment for a consultation while he had an active infection. He claims to be a foot orthopedist, but he's really just a toenail puller. Thank God we flew to Bogotá and they discovered all the crazy things he did to my father. BEWARE!
The receptionist doesn't like to answer the phone. I've been trying to make an appointment for five days now and it hasn't been possible. You call and they never answer, WhatsApp doesn't respond, the landline doesn't work either, and when they do answer the mobile number, they hang up. Then you call back to schedule an appointment and they don't answer. They ignore you. I'm asking for an appointment; it shouldn't be this difficult. It's a shame because he's a good doctor, but the service is terrible. Please take this into account because, in terms of customer service, it's a 1 out of 10, and the doctor is losing patients because of this.
I went to have a toenail removed from both sides on May 6th, and everything seemed fine... but they were supposed to perform an orthonyxia procedure to stop the ingrown toenail. I've been waiting three weeks since the removal, and they keep giving me the same excuse: they don't have the supplies available. I think it's incredibly irresponsible to waste my time when I could have gone somewhere else while waiting. And on top of that, they did the procedure incorrectly because my toenail is getting ingrown again in less than a month! What a waste of money and time! I can't wait around for my toenail to get ingrown again because of a supply that hasn't arrived. Respect your patients' time! If you don't have the supplies for the procedure, just say so and stop wasting time waiting!
Without a doubt, the best center for podiatry. They were attentive and very careful with my son's ingrown toenail.
