Worst Customer service ever, 60 years old Doctor his mother never taught him manners and Highly expensive.

I came for priority care with a hematoma that might require drainage. I paid 230,000 for the consultation and 83,000 for an X-ray (which they ultimately didn't give me a physical copy of). Since they couldn't diagnose me with that, they sent me for an immediate ultrasound to decide on treatment. However, the appointment to review the results was scheduled for 15 days later! This is because the doctor only comes on Fridays (which they didn't tell me when they sold me the priority service), and the following Friday is a holiday. I came because I needed urgent care, and if I needed drainage, it had to be done soon, so I asked if there would be a replacement or a colleague who could see me, but they would charge me another 230,000. In the meantime, the doctor prescribed medication for 7 days and a knee brace in case I didn't need drainage. And if I did need it, well, I was screwed 🤷🏽‍♀️… I absolutely do not recommend this place. Such negligence! It seems they're only after our money and don't truly care about our health. The worst service, and on top of that, incredibly expensive.

Don't waste your time if you have an emergency; they won't attend to you. Go directly to a clinic that actually has the capacity to provide care. Furthermore, their staff provides terrible service; they don't care about the customer.

At the back left of the clinic, you'll find two physiotherapists and their two assistants, and the service is wonderful. The entire team is incredibly kind and professional. I was 100% satisfied with the service. They are very friendly and attentive to each patient. Highly recommended!

About three years ago, I was in a car accident where my injuries were severe (fractured tibial plateaus, ligament damage, tibial depression, and meniscus). From the Santa Clara clinic, I was referred to this center, and the care was fantastic. The doctors were very professional, the clinic was fully equipped, and they were honest (my insurance covered everything, and the prices were fair; they didn't deplete my insurance for just two x-rays like other clinics). I had surgery in June 2019, and in June 2020, they removed all the pins, plates, etc., and I still had a balance on my insurance. Today, I'm doing very well, with some physical pain, but that's normal given the extent of the injury. The scar is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, and my surgeon did an excellent job. I am so grateful. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 My surgeon was Giuseppe Aguado.
