Beautiful team! 🩷 I was on vacation in Colombia and they kindly guided me, giving me all the info on their packages by WhatsApp. The day of the ultrasound I was by myself and the OBGYN made me feel comfortable and taking care of. I also came back a couple of months later to buy more key chains and for them to resent me the video I had misplaced, which they kindly did. We were supposed to make a reservation in advance, and we had one for 3:30 pm. We arrived at 3:00 pm and checked in, but they made us pay at 4:30 pm and we were still waiting. They finally attended to us at 5:00 pm, more than an hour and a half late and waiting. The reservation system is useless. They even let another family in who arrived after us. We went to reception and they had no idea who they were letting in. According to the girl, she had arrived much earlier than us and was waiting for her companions. What a lack of respect for us when we saw that she checked in later! Then they said they could only give us photos because the video wouldn't fit on the USB drive? They should have anticipated that. What terrible service! I really don't know why it has such a good rating.

Friendly service. The establishment is pleasant; they sell snacks and have a super cool water dispenser. I highly recommend this place to create such a special and unique memory for your special day.

Excellent service, very good care. The doctor is very kind and gave me the opportunity to walk around and come back to take better pictures of my baby since at first he wouldn't let me see him. I recommend him 100%.
