How is it possible that you call to make an appointment, and a woman answers who's gossiping on the line, saying, "I'm working and gossiping," and never actually answers the call? I can hear everything she's saying to someone else. It's simple: either don't answer, or gossip when your shift is over, but at least answer the phone. The customer service line is terrible. You'd think they'd be overwhelmed with appointment calls, but NO, they're so busy that I recorded the call, and it's clear she was saying, "I'm working and gossiping."
They never answer calls; I don't know why they even list numbers if they don't answer. They don't provide any information via WhatsApp because it's just a bot that responds. I've been waiting for the results of a Holter monitor for about a month, and they haven't even uploaded them to the website. Terrible service.
