Hello. We were surprised to read some comments and therefore wanted to share our own opinion about the clinique Celagem. Like many other parents we know, we have been very happy with Celagem and will be forever grateful to them. Today our baby is 19 months old and in excellent health, and all of this is thanks to the Celagem clinic. They were by our side from the beginning to the end of the journey, and we were very well supported throughout the entire process. For us, Celagem is a very caring and professional clinic. As a result, we are going back this year for a new project with them, as they gave us complete satisfaction. Thanks to them.

If you donate eggs, the founder Pedro will upload your high resolution unaltered photos to a database that he freely shares with prospective clients who have not engaged with him or signed an NDA with him. A simple facial recognition match will expose your personal social media accounts. This is a horrific breach of your privacy and absolute malpractice. The owner's response below claims this data is only shared with "formally enrolled" clients. That is false. I was never enrolled, signed no contract, and paid no fees. Yet, I was given access. His response proves exactly how "loose" their actual protocols are compared to what they claim in public.

Their warmth made this an enjoyable and reassuring experience. Celagem doesn’t just provide medical services—they truly deliver hope and happiness. This clinic has been a nightmare during our fertility journey. They took our money and gave us nothing but false promises and heartbreak. We were told we had four “healthy” embryos. Three were transferred without success, and the fourth tragically ended in a stillbirth at seven months. The clinic showed no compassion during this devastating time. To make matters worse, it became clear they don’t fully test embryos as they claim, raising serious concerns about their standards and honesty. Additionally, two of our doctors abruptly left the clinic during our treatment with no notice or explanation. This lack of communication and accountability left us feeling abandoned during one of the hardest times of our lives. If you are considering this clinic, don’t. Their practices are unethical, their care is cold, and their lack of professionalism is staggering. Find a clinic that values transparency and compassion—you deserve better.
