The service at this place has noticeably deteriorated. It now resembles an educational center. We had an appointment scheduled for 1 PM, and the student doctor left us waiting for 45 minutes for the cardiologist, who still hadn't arrived, yet we continued waiting in the office.
No sé pero no me gusta la atención aquí lo siento de verdad pero no me da seguridad además le cambian el médico a uno te ve uno luego otro y así pensé q el control era con la l mismo médico en fin no me gusta la atención,el sitio y los medicos no dan seguridad lo lamento y la niña que toma las citas por el WhatsApp ni se diga la verdad se viene aquí por qué toca pésimo
The level of disorganization is unacceptable. The wait for any procedure or consultation consistently exceeds an hour, becoming "normalized" by the staff. There is no apology, nor any compensation mechanism. The inefficiency of their processes is complete. If you don't respect the patient's time, at least demonstrate a minimum of professional seriousness. The service starts badly from reception. Simply one of the worst healthcare experiences.
Terrible customer service, they don't give timely answers and are very arrogant.
