The building is old and the service is generally not very pleasant. The consulting rooms are cramped, and the waiting areas are overcrowded. Some doctors don't keep to their appointment times, wasting their patients' time. Very poorly organized!

The parking lot they have on Carrera 9 is a real rip-off: $88,800 and you can only pay in cash, 6 hours, $230 per minute.

The facilities are VERY uncomfortable, dark, and lack natural ventilation. The cramped spaces expose patients to viruses and illnesses, as all the floors are very enclosed. I had a terrible experience with the ophthalmologist, Catalina Jiménez Onofre, who saw me almost three hours after my scheduled appointment time. On top of that, she is disorganized and inattentive. Do not make appointments there. Try to find medical care elsewhere.

Amplitud de horario de atención, no tienen disponibilidad los sábados solo entre semana (fue lo que me dijeron) trate de pedir la primera cita de la mañana entre semana por temas laborales e indicaron que no se podía a las 8 por facturacion solo a las 10 o 12 del dia y debía tener disponibilidad de 4 horas obvio no pude coordinar. Única sede que puede atender dentro de mi convenio de salud, me dieron opción de pagar particular el examen en otro lugar que costaba mas de 350 mil pesos

The woman who answers the phone is incredibly rude. She hangs up on me and then answers as if she's doing me a favor. I kept talking to her and she hung up on me.
