They were all kind and helpful and answered my questions since I wasn't familiar with the procedure here. A wait time of 3-4 days for results is longer than I'd prefer but still very reasonable. Note - I didn't make the appointment, my insurance company did, so I can't comment on their service in that way.
On Saturday, August 8, 2026, I went to an appointment for a duplex ultrasound of my lower limbs, and I was upset that the receptionist photocopied both sides of my ID card. What bothered me most was that I asked other people who were already waiting for their exams if their ID cards had also been photocopied, and they said no. The problem is that when I asked the receptionist why he had photocopied my document, he replied that it was for patient registration. This situation worries me a lot because it's common knowledge that frauds are being committed, such as obtaining loans using the documents of senior citizens. I would like to know if this is legal and where and with whom I can speak at the IVS (Venezuelan Social Security Institute) in Punto Clave to ensure that these photocopies of patients' ID cards are handled properly.
The receptionists are terrible. They treat you with sarcasm, give you dirty looks, speak loudly, and even make fun of you. In contrast, the doctor treats you with basic human decency, even when he's tired.
Terrible service. I've been waiting 20 days for the results. When you call the hotline, they don't provide proper assistance... and they take forever to answer. With the technology available, I'm going to have to go to the office to claim the results, because the user account isn't active on the website and they're not offering any solutions.
DO NOT TRUST THIS PROVIDER. Before placing your medical order, request to have your tests done at another provider. These people don't know what they're doing. They're only interested in billing and not providing the service, as was the case with me. I made the payment, and when it came time for the service, they told me it couldn't be done.
