They don't provide good service. There are unjustified delays without explanation, and the staff shows no interest in resolving the issues. There are elderly people who have been waiting for hours without being given a reason, without being seen despite having a scheduled appointment. They need to improve their processes because a healthcare provider like this leaves much to be desired. In my case, I waited more than 40 minutes past my scheduled time, having arrived 20 minutes early—that's more than an hour's wait. I asked what was happening, and they gave no explanation. I had to leave without being seen. What terrible service...
Please, it costs nothing to notify patients of appointment cancellations in advance, taking into account the distance between the clinics and their place of residence. Thank you.
It was awful. During a pelvic floor stimulation therapy session, the operator, Amanda Romero, left me alone in the chair with the heat setting extremely high and the temperature almost unbearable. She told me to let her know if I felt unwell. She arrived almost 18 minutes later and said she didn't know why it was so hot and that I should have gotten up and told her. She added that she then took me to a doctor who said there was no problem. In most cases, with some exceptions, the service at Urobosque is terrible. It starts with the person who does the initial screening. Sura EPS, please take note.
Good afternoon. Today, May 11th, at 2:50 pm, I came for a uroflowmetry test and was treated in a dismissive manner by a woman when she took the sample. As a patient, I deserve respectful treatment during the procedure. When you come for this test, it's because you need it due to something unusual you notice in your urination. After preparing and waiting so long for the appointment, all you expect is time to urinate calmly, not with a barrage of questions and in a rushed manner! The woman who attended me, whose name I don't even know because she didn't greet me, was incredibly rude. I believe that for this type of test, the person administering it should explain to the patient what it involves before simply telling them, "Just urinate there!" A serious lack of basic human decency.
