The pediatrician who saw us was incredibly warm, attentive, and loving with my baby. If you're looking for a pediatrician appointment, don't hesitate to book with them. It was a full hour of valuable information and exceptional care. 1000/10 congratulations to Dr. Lucia Aldana!

If you go once, it's fine; the doctor is very good, but it's like any other health insurance provider. Even if you pay for appointments, the wait is long. It's not the private service you're looking for. I recommend scheduling your appointments a month in advance, and they can only be scheduled by phone or WhatsApp. If you leave your appointment and want to schedule another one right away, they won't let you; they say it has to be done via WhatsApp.
