The assistant asked the doctor if they had run out of needles and if I could use another one, apparently larger. Well, my face has never been so bruised before.
At UDL, the responsibility, passion, and professionalism of each doctor, nurse, and administrative staff member are unmatched, both with patients and colleagues. The support of a specialized clinic is the greatest reassurance when it comes to entrusting skin care to them. I am very proud to be part of this wonderful UDL family.
I made an appointment with Dr. Duque, but another doctor saw me instead. He was very formal, perfect, and then on the day of the procedure, Dr. Duque arrived and asked the patient what they were going to do. He overcharged me, and to top it off, he wasn't kind to my family member, even though I was singing his praises. I'm 😒👎
UDL is excellent!! Dr. Molina is exceptional; my skin couldn't have been in better hands.
I paid an extremely expensive consultation, they made me buy creams that were twice as expensive as the consultation itself, and when I had my follow-up appointment, they told me I had to pay for the consultation again, since they scheduled it for the following month. I find this very unprofessional, and it seems like all they want is money, even by manipulating the appointments so I have to pay for them again. A terrible experience.
