Terrible service and disorganization. They give appointments for a certain time, we arrive at 8:30 am, it's 12:30 pm and nothing. Those who arrive last are seen immediately. What's the process? Absolutely terrible. Why don't they schedule appointments in two groups? Lack of respect and commitment. Disorganization is a serious problem. Not recommended at all. You can see the frustration of the people who are here for exams because of the delay.
Good morning. In my case, I had exams on Friday, January 22nd. There were significant delays for both exams, and the doctor and his assistant were arrogant. They didn't even spend 5 minutes examining me; I had to wait 4 hours for the second exam. The only thing the woman directing us to the room kept saying was, "The system is down and we have to keep waiting." Besides giving us a specific appointment time, they are unreliable, often making us wait 4 hours or even more. In conclusion, I suggest that people get up early and arrive well before the time the company told them to.
They tell you 20 minutes before your appointment time and you're seen an hour late. Terrible service.
