From the moment we had our first consultation I was impressed. The level of care and attention from the team at Stem Cells Colombia have been exceptional, explaining the procedure thoroughly and giving us a tour of their facility. The ease of having us stay at the hotel above made it very convenient during the procedure. Mia, Camilo and the rest of the team took amazing care of my husband from arrival at the airport to the procedure and after checking in on my husband after. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Will definitely recommend to all. You won’t be disappointed.

I’m extremely pleased with the service and personal care at Stem Cells Colombia. From the moment I arrived, Mía Angel, the client care coordinator, welcomed me warmly and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Everything is handled with true professionalism. The patient coordinators, Camilo and Alejandro, were also incredibly helpful and reliable throughout the entire process. And if you’re worried about a language barrier — don’t be. Everyone speaks perfect English, so communication was never an issue. I just had my treatment done yesterday, so I can’t yet speak to the results, but based on the level of care and professionalism I experienced, I’m confident everything will go well. I’ll post a follow-up review in a few months to share how I’m feeling. I highly recommend this clinic!

I waited a full year before posting this review because I wanted to see what my long-term results would be before sharing my experience. I traveled to Stem Cells Colombia for hair restoration treatment and initially saw some improvement. However, I was also given hair-growth medication as part of the treatment. After I stopped taking the medication, I gradually lost the results I had gained & affected my ‘sex drive’ due the Medication they prescribed but didn’t explain this would happen. Looking back after a year, I cannot confidently attribute my hair-growth results to the stem cell treatment itself because the medication appears to have played a major role. Once the medication was discontinued, the improvements did not last in my case. I believe potential patients should ask detailed questions about the role of medications, what results can realistically be expected, and whether ongoing medication is required to maintain those results. Based on my personal experience and my results over the course of a full year, I do not recommend Stem Cells Colombia for hair growth. Others may have different experiences, but this was mine.

I cannot say enough good things about my overall experience with Stemcells of Colombia. I am a Type 1 diabetic and have been so most of my life, I am 61. I use an insulin pump (Omnipod) and a CGM (Dexcom 7) and I also have a diabetic alert dog. I have struggled for many years with highs and lows and have had my A1c all over the board from 5.4 to 9.5. Since my treatment my blood sugar has started to stabilize and I have had zero highs since my treatment. I have had a few lows only because I am adjusting my Basal programs on my pump. Since my treatment my glucose has averaged 89, which is crazy. I know I will never be cured from this condition but if I can get the help to avoid the roller coaster ride it is 100% with it. Still have a long journey but the path is now paved with asphalt instead of boulders. My results will not be the same for everyone but if you follow their plan and take care of your diet and get plenty of regular exercise I am confident you to will see improvements.This organization has been nothing short of fantastic and I highly recommend them. The first thought that comes to mind when writing this review is Teamwork makes the Dream work! Having Karen as my primary point of contact she coordinated my entire visit including appointments with all members of the team from my driver Jamie that picked me up at the airport to all the individuals that met me at the hotel and escorted me to appointments to all the medical staff that made sure all was in order for my stem cell treatment. I really started to feel like a VIP and actually I was treated like a VIP from start to finish. I say this because living in the states and tri state area there are just too many people and obstacles for healthcare professionals to dedicate such time and attention to ones needs. What was also very noticeable was their punctuality and the cleanliness of all of the facilities. I mean it was very noticeable how everything was new and so clean looking. Again in the states there are facilities that are simply old and not maintained from esthetics to actual cleanliness. I was definitely in a modern medical environment as well as staying at a beautiful hotel all coordinated by Stem Cell Columbia. I also wanted to wait 3 months to leave my review from the time of my injection to be able to provide feedback on how well it worked. Generally it needs 3-6 month but I can say that within the first week my hip felt better after the swelling went down from the initial injection. It felt so much better I tried to do some strenuous exercises after 2 weeks ( it set me back 2 weeks because my hip became a little swollen again). I do not recommend trying to recover too fast it does not work that way! Follow the plan end to end rest and follow instructions of the physical therapist assigned to your case and after 3 months you will be happy with the results being pain free! I look forward to my next 3 months as I continue extending my range of motion at the proper pace. After the 6 months I will get another MRI to compare my hip joint and if necessary receive another injection as I am satisfied with the outcome and not having surgery, cortisone shots or a hip replacement at this point in my life.
