My daughter had a tilt table test today, and from the moment the appointment was scheduled, the service was wonderful. We received a very quick and efficient response via WhatsApp. Everything at the facility was perfect. From the security guard who helps park the cars, to the person at the entrance, the nurses, and the doctors, everyone was very kind. The doctor who performed the test explained the results very clearly and answered all our questions. It's a research institution, so they offer excellent service. Best of all, there's free coffee in the waiting room in the back. Everything was great; highly recommended.
Excellent service from all the staff, from the security guard to the doctors who treated me. A very comfortable place for patients; I felt very well cared for and at ease. They were very punctual for my appointment. It was a very positive experience, unlike anything I've ever received from other healthcare providers. Thank you so much to the entire SICOR team ❤️🙏🏼
