My wife went here based on a recommendation, and the experience was disappointing overall. She met with the doctor, who seemed knowledgeable and professional, which gave us some confidence. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not match that level. The staff was disorganized, communication was lacking, and there was no real sense of coordination. It made the entire visit frustrating and not what you expect from a place like this. For a business that comes recommended, the gap between the doctor and the staff is hard to overlook.

I do not recommend this clinic. Their scheduling is a mess and the overall organization feels very unprofessional. Be cautious with payment. They insist on payment ahead of time, so it is best not to pay until the service is actually being performed.

Some smoothies were ordered, the Uber employee was sent to pick them up after payment was made that same day, and due to a lack of internal control and verification they left the employee waiting 20 minutes until they finally decided to check something so simple, in broad processes they are impeccable, in something as basic as logistics they leave much to be desired.

Terrible service. We confirmed the appointment and were assured they could begin the procedures from the first appointment. Then, during the evaluation, they told us it wasn't possible and that the appointment had to be rescheduled because the machine was undergoing maintenance.
