I paid for a service I didn't receive and they said they would reimburse me but one month later I have yet to get reimbursed. So now I need to dispute this with my bank. They are SCAMMERS! Do not go!

Yeah i don't think so.... I considered this office for some work but after reading your reviews and taking other people's money without providing the service they paid for , not cool . Refund your clients money if you cant provide the service they paid for ..... 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

My experience was very rewarding. Sara attended to us, and she is a super kind and friendly girl. I had contacted her via WhatsApp, and she is very attentive and prompt in providing solutions to the client. Fortunately, she was the one who performed the Nanopore procedure on both my husband and me. She explained each step, answered our questions, and clearly explained the benefits of the procedure and the necessary aftercare. She has a great deal of charisma for customer service; she is very attentive, empathetic, and an excellent salesperson, as she offered us several packages of injectables that they had on sale. She is a very professional girl, and it's clear that she has extensive knowledge of all the procedures performed. I have been a Seoul client for over 12 years. I've visited both your North and Ciudad Jardín locations. This month I returned to the North location after three years, and as a suggestion, I feel you should update the decor, doors, and ceilings of the examination rooms, as they look worn and old. There should be more organization and cleanliness in the treatment rooms and examination areas. That's what I think you should improve. Thank you very much, Sara, for your kindness.
