My experience at Seoul Medical Spa was very distressing. I arrived for a single scheduled treatment but felt considerable pressure to agree to multiple additional services and packages. By the end of the visit, I was charged approximately $8,000 USD., & and $5,000 of which I was overcharged for services not performed. During the consultation, I was asked to leave the treatment room mid-facial and walk down the hallway wearing only a gown open in the back to speak with the owner. I did not have my purse, phone, or personal belongings with me, which made it difficult to feel fully prepared to make decisions. The environment felt overwhelming, with several staff members present while treatments and injectables were being suggested. The consultation did not feel like a structured medical assessment, and pricing was written by hand rather than provided through a formal menu or treatment plan. Ultimately, several billed services were not performed or did not match what I believed I had consented to, and I observed inconsistencies between documentation and product labeling. I encourage clients, especially international visitors, to carefully review pricing, treatment plans, and consent forms before proceeding. Safer bet go elsewhere many amazing medical spa in Colombia that will not scam you.

I personally had a great experience, I live in USA and the customer service was VERY good. The doctor Michelle Odarba was always checking on me and even concerned about a bad experience I had with a recognized dermatologist here in Cali. I definitely recommend this place for anything related with cosmetic. They also have the best technology. It is very important to feel supported for any procedure you do, specially when you are foreign.

I knew it was too good to be true with that full syringe! Went there for botox 4 days ago, from the moment I saw that full syringe and how she administered the whole process, I already knew something would turn out wrong.I am in nursing more then 25 years, from the way she administered the whole botox I could tell , she is a fraudulent individual. The bottle was already open(she removed top with fingers), syringe was not use the right way. With all that says , she had already compose (I dont know what). How I know ? bottle was already open! So - she gave me a diabetic syringe full of saline water in my forehead. My forehead is same , no changes- absolutely no changes! I would like for this place to give me my money back , if not hope the money do you guys well!

Everyone is so polite. I had a facial done and the girl was very nice, she would tell each of the steps. I loved that i was seen on time.I would def. Recommend this place to my friends and family.

Very professional and friendly staff, I have tried a few of their treatments with great results. Would def recommend.
